Feedback
I welcome all feedback, positive and negative and I will always try to learn from it. If you want to share some feedback I encourage you to do so either in person or in writing, that way I can thank you, and work with you to some to a solution that we are both happy with.
I fully understand that this is not an easy thing to do, and sometimes it will not be possible. Should you have a complaint that you do not feel that you can talk to me about, or feedback that I have not addressed, it is important that you have a safe way to seek support. Please email:
